The overhead-camshaft configuration ensures precise valve timing and reduced mechanical friction, allowing smooth, linear power across the 5 500–6 000 rpm range. Its tuned intake and exhaust system improve combustion efficiency, while the large propeller diameter delivers more thrust per revolution—ideal for moving displacement hulls with minimal noise or vibration. Built with Selva’s trademark precision, the Piranha Sail is compact yet exceptionally tough. The reinforced Big Foot gearcase features a 13 : 25 ratio to convert torque into usable thrust with maximum grip.
