Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at sales@marinechandlery.com. Please note that returns should be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., foods)

Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalised items)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards

Non-Stocked / Special Order Items
Non-stocked items that are ordered specifically to fulfil a customer’s order may be returned if they comply with our standard return timeframes and conditions. However, they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Business Orders
Orders placed by business entities are not eligible for return or refund. Business orders must be cancelled within 1 hour of placement in writing to sales@marinechandlery.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at sales@marinechandlery.com.
