All call-out pricing is a guide only, as actual costs may vary depending on engine type, fault, location, and accessibility. We handle both emergency and non-urgent call-outs, with emergency requests potentially incurring higher charges. Labour is charged at £60 per hour (including VAT), with additional parts or special services billed separately. Please note that seasonal and weather conditions may affect our availability, and safety or access restrictions—such as tides, rough waters, or marina limitations—could impact our ability to reach your vessel. Where necessary, we will advise if a workshop visit is required for complex repairs or engine rebuilds.

Free travel within 5 miles. Beyond 5 miles: £0.45 per mile + labour charge. South Shields Marina excluded.

Some repairs or maintenance tasks cannot be completed on-site and will require a visit to our fully equipped workshop. This includes major engine rebuilds, extensive electrical diagnostics, or situations where specialist tools and parts are needed. If a workshop visit is necessary, our technician will provide a full assessment on-site and advise the best course of action, ensuring your vessel receives safe, high-quality service.
