Description
The Crew Insulator Jacket 2.0 by Helly Hansen is crafted for sailors, coastal adventurers, and anyone needing dependable warmth without bulk. The outer shell is 100% polyester microfiber, treated with a PFC-free durable water-repellent (DWR) finish to shed light moisture. Underneath, the jacket is insulated with PrimaLoft® Black — 80% recycled polyester — to provide excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, trapping heat while allowing breathability.
Design details include a high neckline to keep out wind, full front YKK® Vislon® zipper, handwarmer pockets with brushed lining for comfort, and a chest pocket with zip closure for secure storage of essentials. Additional features such as a hanging loop, web tape collar piping, and subtle HH® branding give both form and function. Despite its warmth, it remains relatively lightweight and versatile — ideal as a top layer in cool, damp conditions or as a mid-layer under heavier waterproof jackets.
