Product Description
The Rule Rule-A-Matic Plus Automatic Float Switch is engineered to offer precise, dependable control of bilge pumps in boats. When installed in a bilge, the float switch detects rising water levels and automatically activates a connected bilge pump, drawing water out to maintain safe bilge conditions. The switch is designed to operate when the water reaches 2 inches (51mm) and shuts off at 3/4 inch (19mm), providing efficient water management without requiring constant monitoring.
The switch incorporates a small test tab that allows manual activation, enabling easy verification of correct operation. Constructed with protective strainer edges around the base, the switch prevents debris from entering the housing, reducing the risk of jamming or malfunction. Installation is simple, with two fixing holes at either end for secure mounting and pre-stripped wires for fast connection to your 12V or 24V electrical system.
