Description
The Tohatsu 100HP Long Shaft 4-Stroke Outboard combines efficiency, power, and durability in a versatile design. Its 1.6L DOHC 4-cylinder engine provides strong acceleration, smooth cruising, and reduced vibration for a comfortable boating experience. The Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) system ensures precise fuel delivery, consistent throttle response, and excellent fuel economy.
Performance Tuned Exhaust
Isometric aggregated exhaust manifold "4-2-1 Performance Tuned Exhaust" maximizes torque and acceleration performance. This unique design is an industry-first and can only be found on Tohatsu Outboards. By engineering each exhaust passage to be equal in length, the merging of exhaust of each cylinder creates extra suction that helps pull the exhaust from the engine. This completely eliminates the possibility of exhaust interference and drastically improves the performance.
The 20” (508 mm) long shaft configuration is suitable for boats with deeper transoms, offering optimal propeller immersion and stable handling. Equipped with electric start, power trim and tilt, and remote control options, this engine ensures easy operation and maneuverability in various boating conditions.
Designed for durability, it features stainless steel components, corrosion protection, and a robust cooling system, making it suitable for both freshwater and saltwater environments. A high-output alternator powers onboard electronics, providing reliable energy for navigation, lights, and additional accessories.
