Description
The Tohatsu 8HP Long Shaft 4-Stroke Outboard combines reliability, efficiency, and lightweight design. Its 205cc single-cylinder OHV engine provides smooth operation with minimal vibration, while the carbureted fuel system ensures consistent throttle response and excellent fuel economy.
With a 20” (508 mm) long shaft, this engine is ideal for boats with deeper transoms, providing proper propeller immersion, stable handling, and efficient thrust. Features include manual or electric start options, tiller steering compatibility, and optional power trim, making operation simple and versatile.
Durable and built for long-term use, the Tohatsu 8HP includes stainless steel fasteners, corrosion-resistant components, and a reliable water-cooling system, suitable for both freshwater and saltwater environments. Its compact design makes transport, mounting, and storage easy.
