Delivery Policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Missed Deliveries

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Where possible, photographic evidence should be provided to help us resolve the issue quickly with the courier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
